Digital products are delivered electronically. Physical sculptures are shipped to buyers.

2. Returns & Refunds

Physical Sculptures

We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged.

Conditions:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You must provide photos of the damage.

The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Digital Products & Courses

All digital downloads, tutorials, and courses are final sale. No refunds are issued for digital items.

3. Shipping

Digital Products

Digital products are available internationally.

Physical Sculptures

Physical sculptures are shipped within the United States. International shipping is available only upon request, with the buyer responsible for all shipping fees, customs duties, and other applicable fees.

Shipping times vary depending on the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the item leaves our possession.

4. Custom Orders

Custom sculptures require collaboration and approval.

Once work begins:

All payments are final.

No cancellations or refunds are available.

Changes requested after work has begun may incur additional fees.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe.

By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.
